Hello!

 

I am an assistant professor in the English Studies department at Lewis University. I earned my Ph.D. from the Department of Writing Studies, Rhetoric and Composition at Syracuse University. I chose to work at Lewis to teach students with working-class, first-generation college backgrounds like me. I specialize in professional and technical writing, digital writing, and rhetoric and technology.

 

My primary goal in the English department is to establish internship opportunities for students who want to pursue careers in professional writing after graduation. I’m hoping to increase interested in (and educate people about) all of the wonders of technical writing during my time at Lewis.
